A room is available in my beautifully renovated NE Portland house. The house is centrally located (7 minute bike ride to downtown, 5 minutes to Mississippi) and we are all friendly, courteous, and relatively neat roommates (3 of us - 1 artist, 1 computer tech & 1 musician).The room is available May 1st, but we could arrange for earlier if necessary. Rent is $380 plus utilities.
We'd like a female tenant to maintain the house's gender balance. No pets please.
